Shaun Boyte, our January Gear Winner will be traveling down to Chile for 20 days. For the first 10 he’ll be photographing Racing The Planet’s Atacama Desert Crossing and then for the last 10 he’s off to photograph Torres del Paine National Park in Southern Patagonia. The Atacama Desert Crossing is one of the top 10 endurance competitions in the world and is held in one of the driest places of the world! Looks like Shaun has his work cut out for him.
While Shaun may have to stay uber-hydrated, he shouldn’t have a lack of sun. To keep his 5D Canon camera charged up, he’ll be using a Fuse 10W Solar Laptop Charger and a Canon LP-E6 camera cradle. We are hoping for some spectacular images, happy charging Shaun!
