For I-phone , what do we need : 6 or 12 volts OffGrid Solar Backpack ?

You just need the OffGrid. The panels output 6 and 12v depending on their setting. You will charge your iPhone from the bag’s internal battery. Just plug the charging cable that came with your phone into the top of the battery. Does that help?
